The Phantom Legion is the newly revised version of the ever-popular Phantom Regiment Cadets, continuing a rich legacy that has existed for 26 years. The Phantom Legion consists of members from throughout the Greater Rockford area and abroad. The Phantom Legion serves as the official training corps for the Phantom Regiment.

The Phantom Legion are two-time defending Division III Drum Corps Midwest Champions and also served as a "top five" finalist at both the 1997 and 1998 Drum Corps International Division II/III Finals, held in Orlando, Florida.      

The mission of the Phantom Regiment Organization is to provide youth activities that enhance the personal growth and development of its participants through excellence in education, entertainment and competition in the performing arts.

The Phantom Legion, from Rockford / Loves Park, Illinois is proud to present their 1998 production entitled "A Symphonic Spectrum."

The repertoire includes "Flourishes," by Francis McBeth,  "On a Southern Hymnsong,"  by David Holsinger and "Intrusions,"  by Michael LeKrone.
